Margaret was Mayor of Greenwood from 1991 until 1996 and had previously served on the Greenwood Board of Zoning Appeals, Greenwood Police Merit Commission and Greenwood City Council.  After her term as Mayor, she began a career in real estate, specializing in all types of commercial transactions.  With more than 12 years of commercial real estate experience, Margaret brings to her clients an understanding of local government, zoning regulations and land use planning.  As a licensed real estate broker she has represented numerous buyers, sellers, landlords, tenants and developers.

Barbara is a Johnson county native and also has lived in Shelby county. She is a graduate of the Indiana Real Estate Institute.  She's an active volunteer at the Ronald McDonald House. She enjoys spending time with her family, traveling and crocheting. Sue brings a wealth of knowledge to the team from her 35 years as an educator.  She holds a BS in elementary education & an MS in education in addition to her Broker's license. Sue remains connected to the community through volunteering at KIC-IT, Rocklane Church, Clark-Pleasant Education Foundation & the Southside Art League. Her hobbies include watercolor painting, knitting, crocheting, golfing, swimming, and spending time with her family.

Erin Dunn-Vance >>>

Erin is a Greenwood native who has been involved in real estate from the start. She spent 6 years with a commercial developer until the company went public and then 10 years as Senior VP at Citibank before adventuring into residential real estate. She enjoys being active with her 2 children who attend Center Grove, volunteering with the American Diabetes Association & serving on the alumni committee for Leadership Johnson County.
